Learn Foundation Piecing
Foundation paper piecing (or “paper piecing”) is a technique that allows you create extremely precise points and shapes. It’s done by sewing scraps of fabric to a printed paper foundation. This method is not English Paper Piecing (e.g, “hexies”).
Foundation paper piecing can be intimidating to learn at first, because you are piecing in a whole new way. However, this technique can be very freeing because precise cutting isn’t required and grain lines are not something you have to think about!
This class is a video in which I show you the technique–using a simple block at first and then a more complicated block. You have lifetime access to the class, and I’m available to help you if you get stuck!
Plus, when you buy the class, you get a copy of my original pattern, Winter’s Night Flight ($11 value).
