IQG Membership Terms and Conditions

Founding Members: Your membership price will never increase. However, if you cancel your membership and want to join again, you must join at the current rate.

Regular Members: Your membership price will remain the same for the term of your membership. We reserve the right to increase the price of membership with 30 days’ notice, which will be sent to the email address on file.

No refunds are permitted.

Your name and email address will be shared with outside speakers offering lectures/classes. You may unsubscribe at any time from any list you are added to.

Mystery Quilts Terms and Conditions

Payments for Mystery Quilts are refundable up until the date and time the first clue is released. To get a refund, send your request to info@internationalquiltersguild.org
After the first clue is sent, no refunds are permitted.
Clues are posted on a secure website and an email is sent to notify you of new clues. We are not responsible if customers enter incorrect email addresses when making a purchase. If you need to change your email address, contact us.
You have lifetime access to the clues, and you will be sent a PDF of the complete pattern after the mystery has ended.

Block of the Month (BOM) Terms and Conditions

Customers must purchase the pattern separately.

The time to access the class or lecture will be specified on the sales page. Not all classes and lectures have lifetime access.
Not all classes and lectures are recorded. If a class or lecture is advertised as being recorded and it is not recorded for any reason and you did not attend live, you may request a refund by sending your request to info@internationalquiltersguild.org

Return and Refund Policies

Thanks for purchasing our products from our websites https://internationalquiltersguild.org or https://members.internationalquiltersguild.org .

In line with providing our customers with the best quality and client experience, we have established a considerate refund policy.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

We offer a 30-day return policy to our customers unless otherwise specified on the sales page for a particular product. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURNS NEED TO MEET ALL OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

All items must be complete, undamaged and in saleable condition
New items must be factory sealed and unopened
Returns have to be sent via registered mail
Delivered item is defective, the wrong items, or faulty.
All items have to be in their original packaging and well packed for shipping
A print-out of the invoice must be included
Any item that does not meet the conditions above will not be refunded or exchanged.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the safe and undamaged arrival of the returned item(s). Refunds will be paid out after the arrival of the returned item(s).

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days (a month).

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you can change and cancel order. You must contact us within 12 hours afte placing your order to request a cancellation or change.

Once your product is packaged and ready for shipping, you may not change or cancel it .’

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only exchange items if they are wrong item, defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at Info@internationalquiltersguild.org with details of the product and the defect.

GIFTS

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

We deal in digital products. Sleeping Cat Creations has a NO REFUND policy once you purchase our digital products. All sales are final. There are no refunds. But we are ready to help if there is any problem after purchasing any of our digital based product.

RETURNS

REFUNDS

We don’t accept refund requests for digital products.

SALE ITEMS

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

EXCHANGES

We do not accept exchange requests.

DOUBLE PURCHASE

In case of double payment, due to any reason, upon request, you will get your money back from the duplicate charge. Please send your request to info@internationalquiltersguild.org. Please include the date(s) of the charges, the amount, and the payment method used. Refunds for double charges will be processed within 7 days.

SUBSCRIPTION

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”).

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Sleeping Cat Creations cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting us at info@internationalquiltersguild.org.

A valid payment method, including credit card or debit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide Sleeping Cat Creations with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Sleeping Cat Creations to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, Sleeping Cat Creations will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.

FEE CHANGES

Sleeping Cat Creations, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

Sleeping Cat Creations will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.

Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

Purchaser is solely responsible for:

Choices were made regarding the subscription plan purchased.
Not allowing children or other unauthorized family members or friends to access your credit cards or your account at the payment site to ensure that no one pays for a purchase without your express permission.

Shipping Policy

We offer FREE SHIPPING on some selected products only. Shipping charges will be noted on the Sales page for each product.

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-2 days in business days. Orders are shipped within 14 days unless the customer is otherwise notified. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Delivery dates are not guaranteed by Sleeping Cat Creations and are up to the individual carriers.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

If you do not receive your item by the time specified by the carriers’ tracking, please contact the carrier with your tracking code. If you need further help, contact us at info@internationalquiltersguild.org.

WRONG ADDRESS

If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

It’s not uncommon for NO tracking information to show until your package has been scanned in by the respected carriers. It might remain “blank” for up to a week after you receive your tracking link. But If your order was placed more than a week and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Sleeping Cat Creations is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

DAMAGES

Sleeping Cat Creations is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

Yes, we ship our products all around the world. However, there is some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries, we will contact you.
